3. Payments and Refunds
All payments for products and services must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on our website. Prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis for defective or incorrect products, provided you notify us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the user.
